Invalid dump for short description #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dump an object through imsettings_object_dump for IMSettingsInfo that
has the short_desc.
2. try to load the dump with imsettings_object_load
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be restored properly. however apparently the length of the short
desc is corrupted. and that makes a segfault in worst case.
