Difficult to retrieve password if yu did not set up the security questions or forgot answers #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter Userid
2.Wrong password
3.Click on forgot password link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Should we implement password recovery without security questions? If you see 
linkedin they just ask email address without any other security question.
