Hide side panel not working #390

In Chrome and Firefox I cannot get the side panel to hide. Clicking the 
button seems to be doing nothing.

Setting an absolute path to MEDIA root fixed this problem. It's working now on 
production. Also, handling of relative paths is working in a new version of 
kmltree which will avoid this happening in the future.
