Option to disable sending tweets (or system of confirmation) #112

I keep tweeting accidentally by forgetting which tab I'm in. So far I
haven't said anything particularly embarassing, but it's going to happen
sooner or later and I imagine by followers aren't impressed.

Ideally there would be some "really tweet?" popup dialog or something, but
in the short term, a plugin option to just disable sending tweets would be
sufficient. I can use the web interface to actually say something.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
If it matters, I'm using 0.2.1 on Arch Linux, with Pidgin 2.5.6.
