support mentions/replies

Enhancement request: add an option to show mentions 
(http://help.twitter.com/forums/10711/entries/14023). So, you know, if somebody 
mentions you, but you're not following them, you can get the tweet if you want.

I miss a lot this option.
I know there is the "/replies" command, but this is the same than use a clock 
instead of alarm clock to wakeup in the morning.

This patch seems to work for me. It shows the mentions in the same window as 
the other messages.

I just noticed a drawback of my patch: messages of friends which also mention 
you are received twice. There still has to be some filtering to do it right.
