Request: Portable Apps supported installer for 0.3.0 #194

I was wondering if an official Portable Apps.com version could be packaged / 
generated?

I like the plug-in, but it's a bit difficult to run the standalone installers 
on modern (post-XP) systems with administrative restrictions.
