Considering a user may have some tabs with multiple conversations, it would be
quite easy (and annoying) to have a private message showing up in twitter (or
identi.ca or whatever micro-blogging service).
To prevent that, it would be nice to have a user preference which, when enable,
add a popup asking the user to confirm he really wants to send this message.
Ideally, it would be enabled by default with a checkbox to disable it the first
time it shows up. Also, it could be nice to force the user to really CLICK on
the confirmation button to prevent misuse of ENTER. I've no strong feeling
about that last one, I guess it depends of what is actually done with this kind
of popups.
