What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup accounts and connect to twitter.com and/or identi.ca
2. wait until they are down or add a fake entry to /etc/hosts (pointing
nowhere) to simulate twitter.com or identi.ca are down
3. pidgin UI completely blocks after a while; sometimes pidgin completely
crashes
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
