Package as RPM #67

Seems that an (S)RPM is missing for download. I've done some initial
packaging and the plugin works fine for me when installed with the attached
.spec. This .spec works on CentOS-5.2 with the current pidgin-2.5.4 and
libpurple-2.5.4 from http://rpm.pidin.im.

Thanks for libpurple-microblog :)

PS: The src.rpm is now available from
http://www.nixpanic.net/software/packages and is called
libpurple-microblog-0.2.0-0.el5.ndv.src.rpm

oh, just noticed it is already packaged in fedora... The src.rpm should 
probably work
on CentOS-5 too.
