Hide navigation toggle stripe in settings view #39

Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hide navigation

What is the problem? Describe completely:
In Calendar setting page, if Hide navigation is enabled, the blank stripe still 
appears to the left.  It'd nice if it could be hidden in the setting page.

MinGcal version        - 0.6.10
Chrome version         - 12.0.712.0 dev
Chrome update channel  - dev
Operating System       - Win7
Language               - Eng
Google apps user?      - No
Other GCal extensions  - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

Right you are. Low priority since most users don't spend a lot of time on the 
settings page
