KERN-EXEC 3 when going offline and online again #660

Mobbler reports as being online when no connection has been specified.  Not a 
huge issue, but something for the future.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Set Symbian to always ask which connection you want to use for data.
2.  Launch Mobbler
3.  When Symbian asks which connection to use for Mobbler, press the soft key 
for "Cancel"
4.  Symbian doesn't allow a data connection, yet Mobbler reports the status as 
being "online" and has all of the buttons activated.  It will even try to 
connect to a playlist if you press play.

Suggestion:
1.  Add ability for Mobbler to later activate a connection (trying to go 
offline and then online usually crashes Mobbler for me with a KERN-EXEC-3).  

If applicable, does the problem occur over both wifi and packet data, or
just one?

Problem occurs when neither is used.

If you are in online mode, Mobbler will scrobble tracks played through the S60 
Music Player. You will also be able to listen to Last.fm radio stations which 
will also be scrobbled. 

If you are in offline mode, tracks played though the S60 Music Player will be 
queued. Those queued tracks will be submitted to Last.fm the next time you 
switch to online mode. 

You can switch between online and offline mode using the Options menu.

This is to make sure that Mobbler doesn't do any (possibly very expensive) 
online things when you're not expecting it, but some people have found the 
cancel and stay online thing confusing (including me at first too). We have an 
issue about changing that here: issue 261.

That KERN-EXEC 3 crash is a bug though but I can't reproduce it: it asks me for 
an access point properly both times...

Hopefully it is just something with my E51 since others are not having the same 
problem.  I have been trying to figure out if there is something else that 
might be prompting the crash since it only happens about 80% of the time.  Then 
again for whatever reason, most of the options in the Options menu on my phone 
either return No Data or else crash Mobbler.  :~(
