can't close mobbler from task list #722

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch mobbler, hide it to background. Open system taskswitcher by holding 
central button. Close mobbler by pressing button with crosses at top right 
corner of the app preview. Mobbler will not exit. And now it cannot be 
displayed. There is only one way to close mobbler - reboot the phone.

I think, problem in mobbler's exit confirmation. Throw that terrible 
confirmation, please!

I got a similar, but other problem.
I in fact CAN close mobbler via the cross in tasklist, but I CANNOT close it 
properly via the menu point! In the latter case, mobbler hangs itself up and 
can only be killed with a 3rd party taskmanager.

In additon I do not get any confirmation dialog on close?!

Version is also 2.10(314) however not from OVI Store, if I remember correctly.
