Allow userdefined startparameter creation #31

Add a button in setup to allow advanced users to create their own start 
parameters fir usage as hyperlink on any buttons in MediaPortal skin, e.g. 
basic home, hidden menus, etc.

Needs new screenshot. Currently wiki page is under FAQ - API Support?

s/0_My_Films_FAQ/API_Support?highlight=api however, I think it would be better 
to add sections to wiki pages as well and link to them from FAQ.

Perhaps the Startup parameters should have a new page under Skinning My Films, 
and the latest Media Handler should have a new page (once we decide where to 
put it in Settings :))

Added new Wiki page Hyperlink Parameters under Skinning My Films:

s/Skinning_My_Films/Hyperlink_Parameters

The existing API Support FAQ remains which describes how to use startup/load 
parameters when integrating My Films with other plugins
