Dataset functionality needs to be hidden for trial projects

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a trial project, and add a database.
2. Construct a query and run it.
3. Click the tempting 'Save query results as a dataset' button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If this button is there, I'd expect it to do something. If saving datasets 
isn't an option, the button should be hidden.

Ideally, the 'View previously saved datasets' button would also be hidden on 
the database functions page, and the help text that appears on the database 
functions page for trial projects would be a distinct string from that which 
appears on the database functions page for full projects.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This has been marked as fixed - but I'm still seeing the 'Save query results as 
a dataset' and 'View previously save dataset' buttons in trial projects, and 
the help text string is still the same on both pages.
