Need to rename 'go to row' to 'go to record' for sake of consistency #490

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the data editing view
2. Note that the interface reports that it's displaying records #n to #n
3. Note that next to this there is the 'go to row' input box

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Simple change 'row' to 'record'

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
