No documentation about how to change primary keys in a table

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload .csv data into ORDS
2. See that the system has kindly created a new numerical primary key for each 
of your tables. But you want one of the existing fields be your primary key.
3. Try to work out how the rather non-intuitive 'keys' editing system works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be good if we could cover how to use the 'keys' editing functions in 
the documentation somewhere. I should note that the 'Build and Structure a 
Database' How-to is a fine document even with this omission!
