Calling problem (my voice can not be heard by the other side of the conversation)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Someone calls you
2. You answer the call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Your voice should be heard by the caller. They can not hear the voice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC HD mini with the latest android developed for HTC HD Mini 

Please provide any additional information below.
I did not have this problem before, however I had a problem with Radio FM. As 
suggested by others, I turned the radio on in WM before launching Android. Now 
Radio works. I guess the calling problem might be linked to the Radio problem.

I checked it again, and now I am even more certain that the problem with the 
radio is linked with this problem. This time, I started android without 
activating the radio in WM. This time the voice was heard on the other side.
