Multimedia Message (MMS) Problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. can send or receive MMS 
2. it says Generic Network Failure
3. 3g and wifi working

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
failure sendind MMS , Generic Network Failure

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
[BETATEST]Kitchen Build: Android full release 10.07.2011 (r134++)

Please provide any additional information below.
3g is working well...only MMS problem

dude, you need to configure your 3G APN for MMS.
Settings > Wireless & networks > Data networks > Acces point names
if there is no APN mentionning "MMS" there, you shall create a new one by 
pressing the "windows" button > New APN
then fill up this with your APN MMS settings
