Problem with start ANDROID #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unlock the screen
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When i unlock the screen i have only the Warrning measege "com android.settings 
has stopped unexpectedl" i cant do nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Htc HD Mini on WM 6.5.3 and Android 169r (1gb card Transcend)

Please provide any additional information below.

run android for first time without sim-card!
your sd-card is too small!

thx for answer. Without sim all is ok, maybe no all but android works. 

Normaly i using 16Gb(sandisc) microsd card but android dont work on it.

At this moment i find one problem:
camera dont work corectly, i could do photos but i cand do movie

Any solution to not working microsd card and dont working camera

for not working sd card-solution is to replace it
