Alignment in ColumnText with Anchors problem #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create ColumnText instance, create Phrase instance with empty string ("") as 
String parameter in Phrase
2. Create Anchor an add it to a phrase, by add() method.
3. Create column and add phrase to column by addElement() method. Set ALIGNMENT 
TO JUSTIFY, JUSTIFY_ALL, CENTER or ALIGN RIGHT

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text added to column should by aligned as we selected, but it always is aligned 
to the left.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Zipped from home page of the project.
