Error computador no autorizado

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Realizo las pruebas en el entorno de prueba y todo correcto.
2. Al intentar obtener el ticket de acceso en produccion me devuelve el 
siguiente error COMPUTADOR NO AUTORIZADO A ACCEDER A LOS SERVICIOS DE AFIP
3.

Verificar que el instalador no se haya generado en modo homologación.
