Anti-aliasing not working correctly when "Transormation Matrix" is applied to images #86

There is an issue posted on the forums concerning AntiAlias= not working
correctly when used in conjunction with the new "Transformation Matrix"
capabilities.  When an image (unknown impact on STRING meters, but
possible) is "rotated" using a transformation matrix the parts of the image
which now fall outside of where Rainmeter originally defined the
"boundaries" of the image meter are not anti-aliased.
