Add support for agent.mapdir setting in UI #285

agent.mapdir setting was added to task client by r1350.  Support for modifying 
this client option needs to be added to the UI.  Direct edit of 
sjqagent.properties file is possible as a current work around (i.e. no real 
rush for this).  Details on the feature are documented here:
