If ignore back to back is enabled then all monitors immediately die #321

MonitorTask.groovy, line 84:

I check the setting to see if it's enabled, but don't check the recording 
schedule to see if the next airing is also scheduled to record.  In other 
words, if this option is turned on then the monitor engine assumes every 
recording is the front half of back to back recordings!
