Notifications in market My Downloads force closes #351

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Market
2. My Downloads
3. Menu > Notifications

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see some form of screen load but it force closes

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?

6.01r, yes, newest radio that is required for new build as well as the 
newest SPL

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried multiple times with a force close every time. As soon as 
notifications is hit, force close window for market shows up.
