2012-2013 Budget--must use by JUNE 14 #3

Hey guys, I just learned today that our 2012-2013 must be used by JUNE 14th. 
(Last time I was at SGAO they told me July 1st...)

All internal requisition (IR) forms are due by 5pm on June 14th, which means we 
need to spend everything by then. The new budget will come into effect July 
1st. 

We still have a little under $20 for food, $11 for office supplies, $19 for 
copying, and $160 for advertising.

We decided at the last meeting to spend the advertising funds on a vinyl banner 
from Fast Signs. Now is the time to design & order the banner! We only have 
about 2 weeks left until these funds run dry.

I propose that we meet sometime before June 14th to spend the last of the food 
money. I also need authorization signatures from Angie, Alanna, and Oscar by 
July 1st, so it would be nice if you guys could make the meeting. :)

I agree, lets meet soon to spend the rest of the snack budget. Who wants to 
volunteer to design the banner??

Well we can use the same design as for the poster, right? Does any one have the 
final hi-res image?

At the last meeting Leo mentioned he might be able to design the banner!?!  As 
for our next meeting...how would next thurs. june 6th around 5 work for 
everyone?

Also, where did everyone want to have this meeting? Are we going to do a more 
formal meeting than the heavily unattended Brickyard Pizza meeting, or are we 
doing a dinner sort of thing? :) Just wondering.

So let's do this!  I'm a little unsure about getting a hold of everyone.  I 
know I have the current officers' e-mails and it seems as though a few of us 
are checking this thing.  Can somebody throw out an e-mail to everyone that may 
come (officers and active members) and include me so I can create a new seeds 
e-mail list so I can get ahold of our core group in there future and we can get 
everyone invited to this thing?  Shall we just do brickyard again, or pick up a 
pizza and bring it to campus?  If anyone has other ideas let us know.

I vote that we just meet at brickyard. It can get noisy but I know I already 
spend too much time on camppus! So are we agreed, Thursday at 5pm at Brickyard? 
Any conflicts?

Does anyone want to get together before or after to get some supplies with the 
$11 we have left ( there's not much to get with that!?!)  Maybe a USB memory 
stick for sharing files??  Or a couple notebooks?  I dunno.....

Hey, so I cleaned out the food and office supply budgets. I've got dry erase 
markers sitting on my desk that we can use for next year. Hopefully we'll have 
an office by then! Unfortunately, we weren't able to print the posters and 
banners in time, so we'll have to use that with next year's budget.
