Organize timesheet email better

We get an email with comments from supervisors each day. It has a lot of 
information in it. Can you sort the comments as follows:
1. place anyone who DID NOT MEET expectations at the top of the email.
2. Sort the comments in alpha order by Company. The sorting seems haphazard 
(alpha order sometimes?)

Rosemarie McGrath highlighted this concern. Please follow up with her. 

These changes should be included in the email sent to the CRA. For the email  
sent to the Director (me, which is all the comments) it would be great to have 
the second sort (#2 above) by CRA>>COMPANY in Alpha order

I don't like arbitrary having one performance at the top. A configuration value 
for this I think would make unnecessary clutter.

We could sort time sheets (comments) in alpha order by company for everyone on 
these emails. And sort CRA, alpha for "director" emails.

How about does not meet expectation comments in red so they are flagged?
