Repositories with Spaces in the URL are not allowed #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a repository with a space in the URL like "http://1.2.3.4/my project"
2. Run Build Process
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Label should be created

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest. Win 2003 Datacenter Edition

The problem is easy to solve: Just append " on both sides of the URL when
calling svn.exe
