Add option to display feed content instead

Can only display feed item headers, could use option to show content directly 
instead.

When viewing a feed's items, all you get is a list of headers (first 
screenshot), which need to be tapped to view the actual feed content. The 
option suggested would remove the need to tap the headers, and instead displays 
a list of feed contents directly (Similar to second screenshot).
