"Welcome / If this is the first time..." screen acts like nag screen #237

First of all, issue 205 at
https://code.google.com/p/ttrss-reader-fork/issues/detail?id=205&can=1&q=welcome
appears to be similar, but it's probably about a different "Welcome" screen.
To clarify, I'm reporting an issue with this one:

"Welcome to TTRSS-Reader!

Please note that this Reader [...]

If this is the first time [...]

___ [Preferences] ___"

This window is displayed whenever I
- launch the app
or
- change screen orientation while in the main screen (if I do this more than
once, I get multiple "Welcome" windows on top of each other)

The message seems like an introduction that should be displayed only the first
time the app is launched or while the connection settings are still incomplete,
but not when everything is set up and working fine.

I agree.
The app is very good but this behavior is very annoying

The screen you mention is the default welcome-screen which is displayed when no
URL for the server is configured. This might also be the case when you
configured a per-wifi-url, currently it is not supported to *only* configure
the client per-wifi, you have to set a default URL.

This was not my case, since the default server url was correctly specified, but
the nag screen kept showing up.

I had specified the server url and all other required settings as well; I was
already able to connect to my tt-rss server and read news items.

In my case, the problem disappeared after I had terminated the app through
Android's app menu (Settings->Apps).

Can't reproduce this.
