Can you provide a video file with embedded subtitles for testing?

I got the files.
The *.srt file seems to contain the subtitles.
That is a special case (out-of-container-subtitles) as fas as I know.
For the beginning, I am looking for a video file that, in the best case, has
subtitles for several languages embedded.
Do you have something like that?
Regards and thanks

ok. I have a single .mkv file with video, audio and subtitle now.
Will start looking into this in the following days.

I did some basic support for subtitles (until now, embedded only).
It should be possible to choose the subtitle language from the context menu
(right-click) of the video screen.
Please test the source repo version.
If it works, I will improve this and do extenal subtitles.

Anybody tested this? Should work for embedded subtitles. A right click on the
video will let you choose the subtitle track.
