Reorganize docs into a new set of categories #132

I think we've got some good improvement opportunities for organizing the docs; maybe in round 2 we can make some new categories:

@miriamvu also has some notes on content that would help answer some common questions (like we don't have a diagram showing the conversion process, serialized file, etc, and that info is important to understand to know how DC is different from code generation systems, and why it's good for automotive).,

We also need a landing page for our docs, right now the Getting Started page is serving as that.
