New release including Ghidra expression tree parsing of generated operands #135

Would it be possible to please cut a new release. I'm specifically interested in the Ghidra improvements made in https://github.com/google/binexport/commit/9077afe1ab04f07e1bb57331e4170dce10f4b9bf?

I didn't have the time to fix the Windows build issue with the native plugins, so I don't want to issues a new release right now.
