Printable shortcut list #66

As a followup to #65 we should make it easy to print a copy of the shortcut list, probably at arbitrary font size. This can be offered dynamically or as a static file by the environment (makecode, scratch, etc).

Providing this as a printable page lets a user reduce context-switching. This is helpful for all users who are learning the shortcuts.

Would we consider using print media queries targeted at the shortcut modal, to allow it to be formatted nicely for print.

A link to print from the modal could also open itself into a new tab for printing / having in a window side by side.

A quick devtools hack: Image
