I'm having an issue with this connector software installed on a certain Windows server. Submitting a print job, the job goes to the Windows printer queue and says "Printed", however only blank paper is printed from the printer. We have tested with 2 different printers on that server with same result.
However, when I run the same version of the connector software on my own Windows PC and print to a printer in my office, and submit a job in the same way, it works fine.
Also, when I used Google Chrome's inbuilt cloud print connector (e.g. via chrome://devices) on the Windows server, rather than using the standalone connector Windows service, the document printed out correctly when submitted the exact same way.
I did notice the file size in the Windows print queue for a successfully printed document was smaller than the file size of the documents that printed as blank pages. The blank pages showed up as 376 KB, whereas the successfully printed document showed as 99.1 KB.
