This means also adding a 'tested-with' line in the cabal file.

I'd probably go with https://github.com/avdv/ghc-source-gen/commits/support-ghc-9.6_dev/ and pare down cf22a62c689faa79aff07b20de40751977d942d2 a bit to run on ubuntu.
