Settings chosen from "Default Settings" do not apply until app restarts

Any of the settings selected from the "Default Camera Settings" section of SettingsScreen will only be applied after the app is restarted. This is the correct behavior for persistence, but we should also make these settings apply to the current camera session, if possible.
