Make Quotas "to be scanned" configurable. #8

This feature will allow customers to select which quotas need to be scanned. It will optimize cost and improve user experience reducing noise of not required quotas

In our analysis, the cost of running the solution is low. In our test environment, we scanned 50 projects for a month with scanning frequency of once/day. The cost was approximately $1/month.

Due to this reason, we are lowering the priority on this enhancement.
