Needs documentation #1

I'm not entirely sure what we should do about this one. core-icons is more of a meta import to load a default icon set. Maybe we leave it out of core-docs and just talk about it in the "using core icons" dev guide @devnook is putting together.

I often refer to the demo page of core-icons. Could we write a terse blurb that just says it's a utility import which pulls in the default icon set and then link to the demo?

No, because now I have no idea where I need to post my icon or maybe icons issue :P At least a readme to figure out if I am at the right place to post my issue would be helpful.
