Wide Arabic codepoints are unreadable #103

I made a similar issue for diffbrowsers here: https://github.com/googlefonts/diffbrowsers/issues/30

When reviewing Arabic fonts for Google Fonts QA there are sometimes very wide codepoints like U+FDFD. It would be helpful if diffenator2 was responsive to the width of each codepoint so the user can see the full drawing.

This should show a very wide Bismillah U+FDFD ﷽

just grepped the wordlists and we don't have these codepoints. Would you like to add them?
