Update built in lists to that of uBlock Origin #336

UBlock Origin legacy does not contain the latest filter lists that uBlock Origin does. Bring the preinstalled filter lists in line with the mainline branch of uBlock Origin.

Browser: Seamonkey 2.53.14 uBlock Origin 1.16.4.30
