I cant see the site even with ublock disabled, it keeps saying to disable ublock. My guess is that ublock is detected even when disabled.

Cannot be detected when disabled.

Check your other add-ons, VPNs, anti-viruses.

Ignore Movisivi's nonsense. Website does not work in any browser here. I am not disabling uBO (in any browser) just to verify this.

I believe hinatasoul blocks connections outside portuguese-speaking countries, that's why you cant access it. ;)
