The current system has the ability/option to upload files (unsure of file size restrictions) for viewers to refer to, sign, etc.
Describe the solution you'd like
A simple button, similar to the old system, should be fine. Will have to format the database with blob fields for general files.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps going without a proper "file upload" system and maybe just requiring users to provide a Google Drive link to the document or image, although I am unsure if this will cause other issues with needing sharing permission to be setup properly. This might cause more issues than it solves.
