Only the current day's announcements are able to be viewed. There should be a way to view past announcements.

Ideally there would be navigation buttons on the All Announcements page that lets a user view previous days.
Potential alternatives
It would also be acceptable to have past days show up below the current day but, over time, that could be come quite long. If you choose this method you'll need to implement dynamic loading and infinite scroll so that the whole page doesn't need to be loaded initially.
