Transition to wxWidgets 3.0. #4

Dear Roderic and everybody,

in Debian it is time to switch from wxWidgets 2.8 to 3.0.

When doing so with TreeView X, errors happen.  This is described in more 
details in Debian's bug tracking system.

Can you help us to run TreeViewX with wxWidgets 3.0 ?

Good news, a patch was kindly provided by Martin Steghöfer, allowing us to run 
TreeViewX with wxWidgets 3.0

It is available at the URL below.

Just in case, I attach its current version.
