Remove soundcloud UI #173

Sadly under the current rules we can't support Soundcloud API access so the plugin was disabled in -core and the UI displays some hints to it no longer working.

Ways in which we can potentially support soundcloud:

  1. Allow the user to provide the user-ID bit of the RSS link of soundcloud (users can already provide the RSS link in the generic add podcast).
  2. Allow users to configure their own API credentials (maybe it is time to try and add the SFOS Secrets api for secure storage of credentials this would also allow users to have podcasts that use authentication).
