I'm okay with it, especially if it provides an easy way in the future to bundle the documentation with releases.
At this point, I intend to merge this. I am just waiting until we have a full week baseline of analytics data since I am curious how this may affect that.
Moves the content from the wiki to the website. As far as the editing perspective goes, edits will be pull requests rather than direct commits, but can still be done through the web UI. A link was added to every page for editing it.
I think this is a passable implementation, though I am sure someone could do cleanup on it and make it nicer. This also provides a solution for compiling the wiki to HTML for distribution (
bundle exec jekyll build
) as mentioned in gpodder/gpodder#293 and gpodder/gpodder#219.@Vrihub You did a lot of the work in bringing these pages to GitHub wiki, so I thought you might also want to be aware of this and have the opportunity to share your thoughts, if any.
