Feature to query monitored or not monitored hosts #652

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's a new feature to can query monitored or not monitored hosts.

Describe the solution you'd like Now, when we create a query to return the hosts, the query selects monitored and no monitored hosts. I would like to select if the query will return only monitored or not monitored host or both.
