This is an idea submitted to our previous ideas portal

When running the load test, you can choose to upload the results directly to cloud or generate an output locally (such as in a JSON file). There will be times that direct upload to cloud is not an option (e.g. due to VPN) and it would be helpful to be able to upload the results file, which has been saved locally, after the fact.

Just some notes:

the csv output is somewhat faster and more compact, so maybe supporting it is better
and both support gzipping on the fly by adding .gz to the end of the filename which will both save on writes to the disk and the size of the upload to the cloud.
