Histograms to visualize metrics #29

Histograms represent a numerical distribution in buckets. It is a common chart view in APM tools.

An internal proposal for histograms that has existed in the backlog for some time is to show a histogram at the top of HTTP tab that would also double as a filter, to filter the list of URLs/endpoints based on the buckets that you select in the histogram chart. Like what can be seen in this screenshot from Skylight:

Per URL/endpoint histogramas could also be useful.
